Christmas experience

No, we just supply the physical photo hardware, and you supply the staff.
It depends on the complexity of the system required, but all our systems are preconfigured to ‘plug & play’ onsite, so as long as cabling is in place, we wouldn’t expect to be there longer than an hour or 2
You most certainly can! We have an off season print rate which is a simple charge per print. We can then login remotely and change any graphics, photo overlays and branding to suit any events throughout the year
Yes! Our onsite expert will give you any relevant training on the day. Our systems also have training videos included in the software so if you forget anything or just need an extra hand you can watch these at any time.
We have a remote support number that you can call any time you are live, and one of our expert technicians will talk you though any trouble shooting and login remotely if required. You will never have to deal with tech issues alone!
Yes, depending what package you get. If you have a Silver or Gold, we just ask that you run ethernet cables from the photo point back to the sales as this is easier to do at the time of build. We can send you the cables if required. If this is not possible, we can install the cables on the day.
